Pay
- Paid hourly, including drive time. Agents earn between $35 and $45 per showing on average.
- Paid twice a month.
- Showing availability varies by season and location, so this role works best as flexible, supplemental work.
How it works
- Showing offers are texted to you with a link. Accept the ones that fit your schedule and decline the rest.
- Most offers go to one agent at a time and stay open for 15 minutes, so quick responses help.
- Showings typically take about 30 minutes.
- You’ll have prospect contact info and access details before you go, and you submit a short checklist afterward.
What you’ll need
- Active real estate license (company policy for home access). You won’t act as an agent for Doorstead, and your license stays with your current brokerage.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Experience with showings preferred but new real estate agents are absolutely welcome
- Reliable follow-through and clear communication
